Our creamed clover blend honey has won silver medals in the 2021 & 2022 Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards and the 2022 NZ Artisan Awards.

Creamed Clover Honey is a mild & delicate tasting honey, perfect for adding to baking, tea/coffee or simply delicious by itself.

Our Clover Blend Honey also incorporates unique flavour profiles from other flora found in the Cardrona Valley. These native and introduced plant species give our honey its gorgeous golden colour and sweet but tangy aroma.

Our creamed honey is processed very carefully (not heated to extreme temperatures and pasteurized) to ensure none of the honeys natural goodness is lost but the granulation of the honey is controlled.
